Van van life van conversion Washington builder outfitter

Once you familiarize yourself with our site and FAQ's below, contact us and member of our team will reach out to you!

It’s important that we take a few minutes to get to know each other and what you want in your van.  During the call we’re able to get a general scope of your conversion and provide a ballpark estimate of the work to be done. If everyone is in agreement with the scope and estimate then we move forward into the detailed design process.

To begin the detailed design process and reserve your spot in the production schedule, we require a $5,000 deposit. During this design phase we collaborate with you and draft plans for review, making adjustments until the van conversion design fits your needs and budget requirements.

Drop off your van! We'll get to work and keep you updated as the production progresses. The time frame for van conversions can be anywhere between 4 -12 weeks depending on the size of your project. You can also swing by the shop and say hi, just let us know in advance and we can setup an appointment!

  • Do you provide the vehicle or do I?
We do not provide the base vehicle. You will need to provide it to begin your van conversion.
  • How much does it cost to build a custom van?
Each build is unique for a number of reasons so for a personalized quote, you'll need to reach out to us to describe your van life needs. As a starting point, partial builds begin at $45,000 and full conversions at $75,000. For a personalized cost estimate, reach out to us on our Contact page to begin the conversation!
  • How long does it take to build a van?
A full build takes 8 -12 weeks from when the van arrives at our shop.
  • What models of vans do you work on?
    Sprinter, Promasters & Transits.
  • Do you work on small vans or SUVs?
We don't build conversions in these particular vans. However, we do install components such as solar and battery systems.

Currently we do not offer financing. We recommend talking with your local credit union or a lending service such as Lightstream or Rock Solid Funding, which our clients have used in the past.
  • Do you have any finished vans for sale?
Check out our 'For Sale' section of the home page. We mostly build to order but do occasionally have turn key van conversions ready to go. Give us a call to check the status of any we might have in shop!
  • Can you help me with my DIY Build?
We currently don't offer consulting services for DIY builders, though this might change down the road as our team grows!
  • Can I come tour your shop and see what you're working on?
Of course! We ask that you contact us to set up a time to stop by.
  • Do you rent vans?
